When it comes to personal hygiene, most of us are pretty diligent about brushing our teeth at least once a day. But can you imagine going 10 years without brushing your teeth? That’s exactly what one woman did – and she says she’s never felt better.

The woman in question is 37-year-old Apryl Brown from Detroit, Michigan. For the last decade, she has not brushed her teeth, used mouthwash, or flossed. In fact, she says she only uses water to clean her mouth.

Brown says she made the decision to stop brushing her teeth after she saw a documentary about the harmful chemicals in toothpaste and mouthwash. She was also concerned about the environment, as she didn’t want to contribute to the growing problem of plastic pollution.

So, how does she keep her teeth clean? Brown says she uses a natural method called oil pulling. This involves swishing a tablespoon of oil (she uses coconut or sesame oil) around in your mouth for 20 minutes, then spitting it out.

Brown says she does this every morning, and it keeps her teeth and gums healthy. She also uses a tongue scraper to remove any bacteria from her tongue.

As for her diet, Brown says she avoids sugary and processed foods as much as possible. She also drinks plenty of water and green smoothies to keep her teeth and gums clean.

So far, Brown says she’s never had any problems with her teeth or gums. In fact, she says her teeth are actually whiter now than when she used to brush them!

If you’re thinking of giving up brushing your teeth, Brown says it’s important to do your research first. She also recommends speaking to a dentist or dental hygienist to get their professional opinion.
