Most so-called “detox” diets are really just a waste of time and money. There is no evidence that they help remove toxins from your body or improve your health in any way.

Most of these diets are very restrictive, and can actually be dangerous. They can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, and other serious health problems.

Detox diets are not necessary, and there is no evidence that they offer any health benefits. If you’re looking to improve your health, focus on eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and getting adequate sleep.
