My experience with the Insanity workout

I started the Insanity workout about two weeks ago. I had seen the infomercials and read some reviews online, so I was intrigued. I’m not a very active person, so I thought this would be a good way to get in shape.

The first few days were tough. I was sore and exhausted, but I kept at it. I started to see results after the first week. I was losing weight and getting toned. I was also getting more energy.

I stuck with the workout for the full 60 days. It was tough at times, but I’m so glad I did it. I’m now in the best shape of my life. I’ve lost 20 pounds and I’m toned and muscular.

I would highly recommend the Insanity workout to anyone looking to get in shape. It’s hard work, but it’s worth it.
