I’m thinking of giving up coffee. It’s not that I don’t like coffee, I just feel like I’m drinking too much of it. I’m up to three cups a day, and sometimes I even have a fourth cup in the afternoon. I know it’s not good for me to be drinking so much caffeine, but I can’t seem to help it. I’m addicted to the taste and the energy it gives me.

I’ve been thinking about giving up coffee for a while now, but I’m not sure if I’m ready to do it. I’m afraid I’ll miss the taste and the ritual of making and drinking coffee. I’m also worried that I’ll be grumpy and tired without my daily dose of caffeine. But I know I need to cut back, or else I’ll be drinking coffee all day, every day.

So, I’ve decided to give up coffee for a week and see how I feel. I’m going to start by cutting back to two cups a day, and then see if I can go without it altogether. Wish me luck!
