I Tried to Give Up Coffee for a Month and This is What Happened


I’ve never been a coffee drinker. I don’t like the taste and it gives me heartburn, so I’ve always just stuck to tea. But a few months ago, I decided to give coffee a try. I’d been hearing so much about how great it is and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

So, for one month, I made a pact with myself to drink coffee every day. I started with just one cup a day, but by the end of the month, I was up to four cups. And you know what? I loved it!

The coffee gave me a much-needed energy boost in the mornings and helped me to focus at work. I even started to enjoy the taste after a while.

However, giving up coffee was not easy. I had to go through some serious withdrawal symptoms in the first week, including headaches, fatigue and irritability. But after that, I started to feel better and I’m glad I stuck with it.

If you’re thinking of giving up coffee, I would say go for it! It’s definitely worth it.
