I Tried the ‘Ten Day Water Challenge’ and Here’s What Happened

I decided to try the ten day water challenge after seeing so many of my friends and colleagues rave about it. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical at first. I mean, how could something as simple as drinking more water have such profound effects? But I was curious, so I decided to give it a try.

Here’s what happened:

Day 1:

I started my day by drinking two glasses of water as soon as I woke up. I have to say, I felt a bit odd doing this since I’m not used to drinking anything first thing in the morning. But I stuck with it and finished my two glasses. Throughout the day, I made sure to drink eight more glasses of water, which was a bit of a challenge since I’m not used to drinking that much water in a day. But I made it through and by the end of the day, I actually felt really good. I had more energy than usual and my skin looked great.

Day 2:

I started my day off just like the day before, by drinking two glasses of water as soon as I woke up. I felt a bit more accustomed to it today and even though I still had to make a conscious effort to drink more water, it wasn’t as difficult as the day before. Again, I felt really good by the end of the day. My energy levels were up and my skin looked great.

Day 3:

Today was much like the past two days. I woke up and drank two glasses of water, and then made sure to drink eight more glasses throughout the day. I was really starting to notice a difference in my energy levels and how I felt in general. I was also starting to see a difference in my skin. It looked more radiant and clear.

Day 4:

Today was another good day. I felt great and had tons of energy. My skin looked even better than it did the past few days. I was starting to think that this water challenge was actually working!

Day 5:

I felt just as good as I did the past few days. My energy levels were still up and my skin looked great. I was really starting to notice a difference in the way my clothes fit, too. They seemed to be a bit looser, which was great.

Day 6:

I woke up feeling a bit tired today, but I still drank my two glasses of water. I think the past few days of drinking so much water was finally catching up to me and I was feeling a bit dehydrated. I made sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day and by the evening, I was feeling better.

Day 7:

I felt back to my normal self today and had plenty of energy. My skin looked great and I was really starting to notice a difference in my overall health. I was sleeping better at night and just generally feeling better.

Day 8:

I felt great again today and had no problems drinking eight glasses of water. My skin was looking better than ever and I was really starting to feel the benefits of drinking more water.

Day 9:

I woke up feeling a bit tired again today, but I powered through and drank my water. I was starting to get a bit sick of water at this point, but I knew I had to stick with it. I was really starting to see and feel the difference it was making in my body.

Day 10:

I made it! I successfully completed the ten day water challenge and I feel great. My skin looks amazing, I have more energy, and I just feel overall healthier. I’m definitely going to continue drinking more water from now on.
