I Tried the ‘No Poop Challenge’ and Here’s What Happened


When I first heard about the “no poop challenge,” I was intrigued. The idea is that you go an entire week without pooping, and supposedly, it has all sorts of benefits like weight loss, clearer skin, and more.

I decided to give it a try, and here’s what happened.

For the first few days, things went pretty much according to plan. I didn’t have any urge to poop, and I didn’t really feel any different.

But on the fourth day, things started to change. I started to feel really bloated and uncomfortable, and I had to go to the bathroom a lot more frequently. But I still didn’t poop.

By the end of the week, I was in agony. I was constipated, bloated, and feeling really sick. I finally gave in and had a huge, relieving poop.

It was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life, and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you want to try the no poop challenge, be prepared for some serious discomfort.
