When I first heard about the Military Diet, I have to admit I was a little skeptical. I mean, it sounded too good to be true. Three days of eating nothing but ice cream and hot dogs? Sign me up!
So I decided to give it a try. I mean, what could it hurt, right?
The first day wasn’t too bad. I was a little hungry, but I made it through. The second day was a little harder, but I still managed.
By the third day, I was starving. I was weak and dizzy and had a headache. I was also really grumpy. But I made it!
Now, I’m not going to say that the Military Diet is easy. It’s not. But it is doable, and it does work.
I lost 3 pounds in those 3 days, and I felt great. I had more energy and my skin looked better.
Would I recommend the Military Diet? Sure! Just be prepared for some hunger pangs and grumpiness. And make sure you have some will power!
