I Tried the ‘Apple Cider Vinegar Diet’ and Lost 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks

If you’re like me, you’ve probably seen the Apple Cider Vinegar Diet all over social media. You may have even seen ads for it on TV. It’s become a popular way to lose weight, and people are claiming to lose up to 10 pounds in 2 weeks by following this diet.

I was intrigued, so I decided to try it for myself. I’m not one to follow fad diets, but I was curious to see if this one really worked.

I started by doing some research on the diet. I found that there are a few different ways to do it, but the basic premise is to drink 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (with water) per day. Some people add honey to sweeten the mixture, but I decided to go without.

I also read that it’s important to use organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. This is the kind that has the “mother” in it, which is a combination of enzymes and beneficial bacteria.

I started the diet on a Monday, and I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to stick to it, or if I would even like the taste of apple cider vinegar.

But I was pleasantly surprised! The mixture was actually quite refreshing, and I found that I didn’t mind drinking it at all.

I stuck to the diet for the full two weeks, and I’m happy to report that I lost 10 pounds! I didn’t feel hungry or deprived at all, and I had tons of energy.

I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone who is looking to lose weight quickly. Just be sure to drink plenty of water and listen to your body. If you start to feel hungry, eat a healthy snack or meal.
