If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the lookout for the next challenge. A few months ago, I saw a post on social media about the 10-day water challenge. The challenge is simple: drink only water for 10 days. No coffee, no tea, no juice, no soda. Just water.
I was intrigued. I’ve always been pretty good about drinking water, but I’m always up for a challenge. Plus, I figured that if nothing else, this would be a good way to reset my water intake and make sure I was drinking enough every day.
So, I started the challenge.
The first few days were tough. I was constantly thirsty and had to pee all the time. But I powered through and by the end of the week, I was feeling good. My skin was glowing, I had more energy, and I just felt overall healthier.
I stuck to the challenge for the full 10 days and I’m so glad I did. I not only reset my water intake, but I also learned a lot about my body and how important water is for our overall health.
If you’re thinking about doing the challenge, I say go for it! It’s not easy, but it’s so worth it.
