If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the lookout for the next big diet trend. So when I came across the 10/10/10 diet, I was intrigued. Could this be the answer to all of my weight loss prayers?

I decided to give it a try for one week to see if it was everything it was cracked up to be. Here’s what happened:

Day 1:

I started my day with a banana and a cup of coffee, as recommended by the diet. For lunch, I had a salad with chicken and avocado. For dinner, I had grilled salmon and vegetables.

I have to say, I was feeling pretty good. I wasn’t hungry and I had lots of energy.

Day 2:

I started my day with another banana and coffee. For lunch, I had a veggie wrap. For dinner, I had roasted chicken and vegetables.

Again, I felt good. I was still getting used to the smaller portions, but I wasn’t feeling deprived.

Day 3:

I started my day with a smoothie made with banana, almond milk, and protein powder. For lunch, I had a salmon salad. For dinner, I had grilled chicken and vegetables.

I was starting to feel a little bored with the food options. I was also starting to miss snacks.

Day 4:

I started my day with a banana and coffee. For lunch, I had a veggie wrap. For dinner, I had roasted chicken and vegetables.

I was really starting to miss snacks. I was also starting to feel a little bit constipated.

Day 5:

I started my day with a smoothie made with banana, almond milk, and protein powder. For lunch, I had a salmon salad. For dinner, I had grilled chicken and vegetables.

I was still feeling good, but I was definitely ready for the week to be over. I was sick of eating the same things over and over again.

Day 6:

I started my day with a banana and coffee. For lunch, I had a veggie wrap. For dinner, I had roasted chicken and vegetables.

I was feeling really good. I had lots of energy and my skin was looking great.

Day 7:

I started my day with a smoothie made with banana, almond milk, and protein powder. For lunch, I had a salmon salad. For dinner, I had grilled chicken and vegetables.

I felt great all week. I lost a few pounds and I had more energy than ever. I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone looking to jumpstart their weight loss journey.
