I Tried Intermittent Fasting and This is What Happened

Intermittent fasting has been all the rage lately, with more and more people swear by its alleged health benefits. So, I decided to give it a try and see for myself what all the hype was about.

I started my intermittent fasting journey by doing some research on the internet. I wanted to make sure that I knew what I was getting myself into before I started, and I also wanted to find out if there were any potential health risks associated with intermittent fasting.

After reading up on the subject, I decided to start with the 16:8 method, which involves fasting for 16 hours and eating only during an 8-hour window. I figured this would be a good place to start since it’s not as extreme as some of the other fasting methods out there.

For my first few days of intermittent fasting, I have to admit that I felt a bit hungry during the fasting periods. But I pushed through and after a few days, my body started to adjust and the hunger pains went away.

I also noticed that I had more energy and mental clarity during the fasting periods. This was one of the main reasons I decided to try intermittent fasting in the first place, so I was definitely pleased with this side effect.

Overall, I’m really happy that I tried intermittent fasting. It was a bit of a challenge at first, but it’s definitely worth it. If you’re thinking about trying intermittent fasting, I say go for it!
