I Tried a 10-Day Water Fast and This is What Happened


I’ve been intrigued by the idea of water fasting for a while now. I’ve read a lot about the benefits of water fasting, and I’ve even tried a shorter fast of 3 days. But I’ve never attempted a 10-day water fast. Until now.

I started my 10-day water fast on a Monday morning. I was a little nervous, but I was also excited to see what would happen.

The first day was tough. I was really hungry and my head felt a little fuzzy. But I made it through the day and went to bed feeling proud of myself.

The next few days were easier. My hunger subsided and I had more energy. I also started to notice some other changes. My skin looked clearer and my digestion was better.

On day 5, I hit a bit of a snag. I started to feel really tired and my head felt foggy again. But I pushed through and by day 6 I was feeling better.

The rest of the fast was relatively easy. I had more good days than bad and by the end, I felt amazing. I had so much energy and my skin looked incredible.

I would definitely recommend trying a water fast. Just be sure to listen to your body and take it slow at first.
