I was really sceptical about trying a digital detox. I thought 10 days without my phone, laptop or any other screens would be really difficult. Turns out, it was amazing! The first few days were tough, as I had to wean myself off my phone gradually. But after a few days, I was completely detoxed and it felt great!
I really enjoyed not being constantly glued to my phone or laptop. It was nice to be present in the moment and not be distracted by technology. I also found that I slept better and had more time to do things I enjoy, like reading and going for walks.
Overall, I would highly recommend a digital detox to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by technology. It was a great way to reset my mind and body and I felt so much better afterwards.
