You will need:
-A glass jar with a tight fitting lid (We used a baby food jar)
-White glitter
-A small figurine or toy (We used a plastic animal)
-Glue
-Superglue
-Water
-Glycerin

Instructions:
1. Start by removing the label from your jar. If there is any adhesive left, you can remove it by soaking the jar in warm soapy water.
2. Once the jar is clean and dry, add a layer of glitter to the bottom. We used white glitter, but you can use any color you like.
3. Next, add a small amount of glue to the back of your figurine or toy. Be sure to use a glue that will work on both glass and plastic. We used Aleene’s Tacky Glue.
4. Stick the figurine or toy to the center of the jar lid. Hold it in place until the glue is dry.
5. Once the glue is dry, fill the jar with water. Add a few drops of glycerin to the water. This will help the glitter to move more slowly.
6. Screw the lid on tight and give the jar a shake. Your snow globe is now ready to display!
