How to make your own chocolate


-1 cup (240 ml) of water
-1 cup (200 grams) of sugar
-3/4 cup (75 grams) of unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1. Combine the water, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium saucepan and stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Raise the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
3. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
6. Pour the chocolate into a mold or onto a sheet of wax paper and allow it to cool and harden.
