-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1. Combine the almond milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat and cook until it comes to a simmer.
