How I Achieved My Goal of Drinking a Gallon of Water a Day

I had never been a big water drinker. I would have the occassional glass here or there, but never anything more than that. I always just assumed that I didn’t like water that much. But then I started hearing about all of the benefits of drinking water and I decided that I wanted to give it a try. I set a goal for myself to drink a gallon of water a day for 30 days and see how I felt.

The first few days were really tough. I felt like I was constantly thirsty and I was going to the bathroom every 5 minutes. But I kept at it and I started to feel better. I had more energy and I felt less bloated. By the end of the 30 days, I was feeling great and I had no intention of stopping.

I’m now on day 90 and I can’t believe how good I feel. Drinking a gallon of water a day has made such a huge difference in my life. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their health.
