A cat in Massachusetts has become an internet sensation after using a laptop to order a pizza.
The cat, named Sherlock, was caught on camera sitting at the computer and placing an order on the Domino’s Pizza website.
Sherlock’s owner, Chelsea Bayles, said the cat had never used the computer before, but must have seen her do it and decided to give it a try.
“I was in the other room and I heard the computer keyboard typing,” Bayles told ABC News. “I came in and Sherlock was sitting in the chair, and the pizza website was up.”
Bayles said she was “amazed” that her cat had been able to navigate the website and select the correct options to place an order.
“I don’t even know how he did it,” she said. “He must have seen me do it a million times.”
The order was for a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms, and was delivered to Bayles’ house about an hour later.
“I was so surprised when the delivery guy showed up with the pizza,” she said. “I had to pay for it, of course, but it was worth it.”
Bayles said Sherlock has not tried to order any more pizzas since, but she has set up a password on the computer to prevent him from doing so in the future.
“He’s a smart cat,” she said. “But I don’t think he’ll be ordering any more pizzas anytime soon.”
